Our
Policies
Northwest Soccer Camp does not penalize campers or parents for wanting or
needing to change sessions or day camp locations, however this is subject to
space availability. The Northwest Soccer Camp staff recognizes the fact that
in your busy schedule unforeseen obstacles may arise that prevents your camper
from attending a particular session or day camp location. Please call as much
in advance as possible for the best chance to switch sessions.
If you need to
cancel a camper for a session, your registration
fee will be subject to the Northwest Soccer Camp cancellation policy (see below).
If you must cancel, please do so as early as possible,
in order for us to notify those on our waiting lists. For cancellations
21 days or more
prior to your camp session, you will receive a refund,
less a $50.00 administrative fee for each camp.
For cancellations, for any reason,
20 days or fewer prior to your camp session, you will receive a gift certificate
less a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. The gift certificate can be used towards
a future Northwest Soccer Camp, through the next calendar year.
Resident Camp offers the following discount types (One discount per
camper, per session*):
Team Discount:
$40.00 per person discount. There must be a minimum of 12 members of the same
team signed up for the same session. All forms and deposits must be sent
together with a team roster. Online registration does not yet support team
sign-up. If you choose to register your child online and they are coming
to camp with their team, our system will not recognize the team affiliation
and will not issue a team discount. We regret that we will not be able to
refund the discount back to you. To ensure that you receive the discount,
send your child's regsitration in with the team. Contact
us with questions.
Family Discounts:
$40.00 discount. First Camper pays full price - $40 discount for each additional
camper for resident camp at Camp Casey.
Multi-Session:
$40.00 discount. One discount applies for one session when registering for
any 2 or more resident camps at Camp Casey.
