NSC Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp voucher worth all camp fees paid less the $15 registration fee. This voucher is good for any Northwest Soccer Camp which occurs before December 31, 2017. Your camp voucher is only transferable to an immediate family member. Cash refunds or more flexible camp credits will only be given with the purchase of Cancellation Protection.
The Cancellation Protection fee can be purchased at time of registration for $50 per camp session, and is the only way to receive a refund back to your credit card or issue you a check in the event of a cancellation if you cancel before the cancellation protection deadline. If you cancel before the cancellation protection deadline, you will receive a refund of all Camp Tuition payments made less the registration fee ($15) and the cancellation protection fee ($50). If you cancel after your Camp Cancellation Protection due date, we will issue you a camp voucher for all camp tuition fees paid, valid for anyNorthwest Soccer Camp which occurs before December 31, 2017.
Cancellation Protection Refund Deadlines:
You must cancel before this date if you purchased the cancellation protection to have your card refunded.
May or June Camps, you must cancel by May 1.
July Camps, you must cancel by June 1.
August Camps, you must cancel by July 1.
After these dates, the cancellation protection will be for a camp voucher only.
Because we rent our facilities, we pre-purchase our rentals based on enrollment. If you cancel too close to the start of camp we cannot refund your credit card regardless if you purchase cancellation protection and can only offer you the opportunity to use all your monies (less the registration fee) for next year’s camps. Please note that you will not receive cash back if you cancel too close to your camp start date.
Refunds or credits will not be given for “no-shows” or for those who leave camp early for any reason.
