A. Friday, May 5 Giveaway
2 people will be selected to receive a Nike duffle bag, one person will be selected to receive a free design item from NSC Camp Store during their week of camp and one person will be selected to receive a $50 camp credit. Winners will be notified by email and posted on NSC Facebook Page.
B. Friday, May 12 Giveaway
One person will be selected to receive a Seattle Mariners package. Winners will be notified by email and posted on NSC Facebook Page.
C. Friday, May 19 Giveaway
One person will be selected to receive a two hour personal training session for their soccer team from Cliff McCrath (camper secures location). Winners will be notified by email and posted on NSC Facebook Page.
D. Friday, May 26 Giveaway
One person will be selected to receive two Seattle Sounders tickets and one person will be selected to receive the grand price of $500 camp credit.
Northwest Soccer Camp Madness GIVEAWAY
Eligibility for the drawing: No purchase is required to enter the contest. Every camper registered for an Northwest Soccer Camp by midnight of the contest deadline as well as those whose entry form has been received will be eligible for the drawing.

Entry Eligibility. Northwest Soccer Camp Madness Giveaway: To enter you must be (i) a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or Canada, and (ii) at least eighteen one (18) years old at the time of entry. The following are ineligible to participate: i) Employees, officers, directors, and members and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) and members of their household (whether related or not) – of Sponsor, Administrator. Participants who meet all eligibility requirements shall be called “Entrants” or “Eligible Entrants” herein.

Random Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and 8 potential other winners will be selected on the following Monday of the deadline contest date from all eligible entries received throughout the Camp Madness Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Camp Madness Giveaway Period.
Winner Notification: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by phone, and/or e-mail and potential Grand Prize winner will, and potential First Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
May 26 GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize winner may select a camp credit of $500 USD: Total prize value $500 USD
May 2, 19, and 22 PRIZES: Two (2) Nike Duffle Bags (total value $56), One 2-hour personal training session with Cliff (Total value $400), Two (2) Seattle Sounders tickets (Total value $140), Seattle Mariners Package (Total value $122), Two (2) $50 Camp Credit. One prize per winner will be selected. Prizes will be distributed over these three days with notification of the prizes announced the Monday before the prize deadline.
General Prize conditions: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specific herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $1318 USD.
